Key issues for discussion:
Creating conditions for the organization of interaction between institutions of secondary general and secondary special education with higher education institutions:
- reducing the bureaucratic burden on institutions, which prevents the formation of plans and the development of interaction tools;
- the inclusion of long-term cooperation plans in the activities of institutions at various levels.
Formation of a system of interaction between institutions of secondary general and secondary special education with higher educational institutions.
the role of cultural institutions in cooperation with educational institutions:
- formation and development of skills in working with proven and reliable information resources, including primary sources;
- inclusion of links to information resources of libraries, archives, museums in textbooks for schoolchildren and students;
- development of educational projects by cultural institutions, which can be of a permanent nature – implemented with varying degrees of depth for both schoolchildren and students (for example, research competitions).


During the discussion, it is planned to consider the prospects for cooperation between the institutions of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Culture, as well as the tasks that need to be solved to realize these prospects.
It is planned to analyze the current situation and develop tools for more productive interagency cooperation.
